OK, spironolactone is a diuretic that has been used for about 30 years to treat high blood pressure (very good results, low/no side effects for most folks, other than maybe urinating with more frequency, elevated thirst, minor nausea at first, much milder than any other medication I've ever taken).

It also reduces the androgens in your system, and that in turn, over time as your body gets regulated, results in less unwanted unsightly hair growth, reduced loss or even increase in scalp hair, and less bloating/swelling of your entire body AND lower blood pressure.....

I started taking in a month before I started on the Met, and I am seeing very good results now, nearly five months later.
