Actually let me re-phrase,,,,what i ment by that is a lowcarb diet isn't for
everyone...I myself have had PCOS for a long time and have found that a low-Carb
diet isn't for me....Something this board has tought me is that you have to figure
out what works for your body...I have to go for a balance of fats/ carbs/
proteins....
