Imodium works for some people. There is also the old-fashioned corn
flour and water trick. Small glass of water mixed with a heaped tspn of
cornflour and stirred. It isn't that gross, really. Works for me with
diarrhoea and bloating, but I am not on met. Good luck. Allison.
