Tamm, It took me more than 3 months on met to see improvements. You really need to start with a lower dosage and move up only when you've adjusted. In addition, I think you should be low carbing it now. Met is not a miracle worker, so you need to boost its effectiveness through proper nutrition. I felt worse the first few months on met but I didn't give up and now I'm much improved. Adjust your dosage and your eating habits until you feel better. Good luck . Hang in.

>Today I am set t orestart Met. I was on and off for the past month. Finally I had severe vomiting. The nurse suggested I take half of 500 at dinner meal only for a while and gradually increase. I have to say I am not looking forward to starting it again. I am not the least bit motivated after the way I felt. Very much like you, how could something supposd to do good make you feel so bad. I did cry. The day I was hysterical and vomiting every 15 minutes the nurse from the office called and realized how sick I was, that I wasn't just whining. I have been told though that you do get past it.
