_When Women Stop Hating Their Bodies_ and _Overcoming Overeating_ are other good anti-diet books.

When I tried OO a few years ago, it didn't work well for me because I didn't understand the impact carbs had on my body. So I ate carbs because I was physically hungry for them and got fatter.

That being said, I totally agree with the premises of these books. I just needed to learn a way of eating that works best with my biochemistry!
