-- Today I am set t orestart Met. I was on and off for the past month. Finally I had severe vomiting. The nurse suggested I take half of 500 at dinner meal only for a while and gradually increase. I have to say I am not looking forward to starting it again. I am not the least bit motivated after the way I felt. Very much like you, how could something supposd to do good make you feel so bad. I did cry. The day I was hysterical and vomiting every 15 minutes the nurse from the office called and realized how sick I was, that I wasn't just whining. I have been told though that you do get past it.
