Re: long term weight loss and MetFrom: anonymous@obgyn.netThu, 25 May 2000 23:31:55 EDT
Hi vicki, No I haven't lost a pound in fact I weighed myself today and I gained 4 lbs! I don't know if working out has anything to do with it, I am walking 2 miles every other day and on the other 2 I go to the gym for arobics (1/2 hour) and weight machines. I am hoping it is only muscle now more fat, heaven knows I don't need any more of that! I'm 33 and I weigh 178 down from 190 but now I'm just stuck waiting for the met to work. By the way I lost the weight before I started the met by doing atkins. Now the dietician took me off atkins and put me on low complex carbs, no sugar, no simple carbs. Thanks for the luck. Patricia
