I feel 1000% better than I did before I started taking it. If I took more would I feel even better? Should I be checking my blood sugar level? Also, my 11 year daughter had her first period in March, it was heavy and lasted 8 days. It is now the end of May and she has not had one since, should I have her checked? My oldest daughter started her cycle when she was 15 and is like clockwork, does that mean she wouldn't be affected by PCOS?
