Any other alternatives for PCO besides metformin or medication?? Thanks all of you for the sweet e-mails. I am drinking more water and I have taken some time off from the metformin. My husband doesn't think I should take it anymore. Our whole life was turned upside dowm. I took it a total of 5 weeks and I never once felt better. Are any of you doing anything else besides metformon to control the symptoms of PCO with success? weight loss? facial hair? anything working besides medication? would love the input!
