I was on Metforin for 3 yrs and although I was not trying to conceive my doctor told me that women with PCOS sometimes have luck getting pregnant while taking Glucophage. Although that may not hold true for everyone. This medication did regulate my periods after a couple of months but after a couple of years on the medication I went back to the same irregularity I had always had. Good Luck with it.
