Samantha-

Although not everyone enjoys the same weight loss on Met, I can tell you that I have been on it for almost 2 months and have lost 20 lbs so far. I don't remember the last time I've lost more than 2 or 3 pounds at a time before (and kept it off!). The exciting thing about it is that I eat whatever I want! I just find that I actually get satisfied after eating a lot less than i used to and I stay satisfied for so much longer. In fact, I actually think about food so much less than before!

For example, today i had a sip of milk with my 500 mg of Met. A couple of hours later (when I was hungry- around 11am), i had a bagel with cream cheese along with another 500 mg of Met. At around 4 pm, I had a bag of cheez-its and a regular coke. It's 6pm and I don't want another thing right now. I will probably eat a small dinner (whatever I want - fat, carbs, the whole deal) tonight. That's about 1/3 of what I would eat before I started taking Met! I am following the Weigh down diet by Gwen shamblin - there's more info on the Internet about her- let me know if you are interested.

I am not exercising at all! But whatever i am doing IS workjing. It is taking a while (I have so much to lose!) but it's working because i never feel like "going off" the plan. I actually feel nauseated if i eat too much (like normal people!)

Best of luck as you take your Met! Vicky
