Re: Just Started on Metformin, questions??From: Theresa (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed, 24 May 2000 11:26:19 -0500 (CDT)
I haven't started any medicine yet, haven't been diagnosed yet either; but I've found an easy no/low carb diet in the Carbohydrate's Addict Diet. You get 2 small no carb meals a day, then 1 reward meal, where you can even add a few carbs, bread, pasta, etc. within moderation. The book is by Drs. Rachel and Richard Heller. i bought it off Amazon.com for less than $6.00. You may want to try it!!
