Jennifer:

I am so glad to hear that you are doing better and that the Met has slowly but surely been helping. Reading posts like yours gives me lots of hope and faith that things will start to improve for me, too... and even if it has to be a slow improvement, that is better than no improvement at all!

Take care & thanks for sharing your thoughts...

Clara

I've been on Met 1500 mg since last july. The weight loss has been gradual, stalling at times, but I haven't gained. I eat a lot less.. Met takes away my hunger, and try to eat less carbs, but I do eat them. I hadn't been exercising much, since I smashed my leg when I got hit by a drunk driver. I've been exercising a lot more now.... but basically, I feel better than I have in about 5 years.

I still have more than most abdominal fat, but my face is so much thinner. It used to be so round and puffy, It looked like I weighed 350 instead of 216. Now I'm down to 188, I'd like to lose another 30 lbs. Met has been so wonderful for me.... It's not without side effects like upset stomach, and bad heartburn. BUT I"M BETTER!!!! KEEP the faith everyone..... My life FINALLY got better.
