Weight loss on Metformin (Glucophage)

Has anyone had any success with weight loss since being put on
Metformin? I have recently been diagnosed with PCOS. I have always been
overweight(i am 24), although I have tried every diet known to man. Over
the past few yrs I have gained alot of weight. I am starting Metformin
this week and reading some success stories from people who have lost
weight with Metformin would be very inspiring........to me as well as
everyone else, I am sure.
