I have absolutely no energy, I am tired all the time, and snappy to everyone! I am sick to my stomach the majority of the time. I am taking 500 mg with breakfast and dinner. I eat normal. I am going to start low carbing, but my doctor suggested I wait to see what my levels were at the end of this month and if 1,000 mg a day was doing anything. Oh, it is doing something alright. I just want to cry. I am tired and I have no motivation. Is this normal? My stomach hurts and I have horrible diarrhea or constipation. I could use some encouragement! Will I make it? Mostly, I need energy. I have too much to do to not do anything. Would changing my diet help? any help would be great!! Thanks!
