I have PCOS and am taking Effexor another type of antideppressant. Antideppresants are tricky because some respond better than others per the individual. Try not to take to much to soon. If you take an antidepressant and you have side effects, trying halfing or quartering the amount subscribed to you. Up to 40% of people with depression can only take less than the usual 20 mg given as the minimum dosage. The same is true for glucophage. Start small then work up.
