Dear Sari, Yes I have had experience with antidepressants and Metformin. I happen to be on Wellbutrin. It is really the only anti- depressant that works for me. I just recently got PG on this combination and it happens that Wellbutrin is a "class B" drug meaning "not considered dangerous" for PG or little danger. I never responded to the SSRI's like Zoloft. Wellbutrin is a different class of drugs and works on Dopamine not Serotonin. Hope this helps Leslie
