Hi,
I have heard that having a hysterectomy does not necessarily get rid of
the problem, especially if you are IR (because it isn't your ovaries and
uterus that are causing it).
I would try the met. And then try Avandia or Actos if Met does not
work. I wouldn't have the surgery except in case of emergency
