Let me tell you it works wonders. The pill is great- I have no problems. My skin is the clearest its ever been in my life. I dont crave sweets any more. My hair and skin is no longer oily. The hair growth is greatly diminished. I am due to go back to the doc- I may go off the Spironolactone (I'm not sure if I still need it...I've not yet tried Demulen without Spiro.) Cathy
