Interesting comment, since when I was first talking with my OB-Gyn about this in early February, she nodded when I mentioned migraine headaches & clearly included it in her list of my symptoms. Later, when I was at the RE's office, he also discussed the migraine headaches with me and tied it into my insulin resistance. I have no idea how or why ( I really am a dunce when it comes to the specifics, I guess.).

Has anyone else's doctor associated PCOS with severe or migraine headaches?

I have had migraines since I was in my teens like some of you have described. I also probably started to have PCOS around then too and no doctor has ever connected them. Seems like this should be looked into a lot more by our medical researchers!
