I have maintained at the 500 mgs because 1000 mgs is hard for me to manage. On the 500mg., I have seen results with having my periods spontaneously ( which never happened before) and a reduction of symptoms. I was glad to see that I was not the only one with the stomach discomfort, but it does go away with time. Just keep on trying!
