Side effects when I first started were nausea, not necessarily the diarrhea but alot more frequent trips to the bathroom, I felt like I had been hit by a truck in the mornings and it was hard to get up but I would still be tired more than usual. I guess the worst part of was feeling like I had to throw up for a up to a couple of hours after taking the pills. These went away almost immediately when my doc put me on lower dosages and gave me time to get use to each increase.
