I suggest you go much much more slowly just like I have. Break the 500mg tablet up into several pieces and take each piece with a meal. Do this every other day. Then if you feel ok, try it every day. Keep breaking the tabs, and increasing really slowly. If it takes a month before you can increase the dosage --that's okay, its better than going off of it. It has worked this way for many of us.
