Hello.....my suggestion is to first evaluate how serious of a problem you have (ya know depending on how many symptom and how bad they are).....then according to that you should decide how much you feel you should take.

My doc told me that most people with PCOS are on 1500mg....so you might want to get a second opinion....it took me a long time to find a doc that really knew enough about it to take it serious.
