I had the same side effects you report for 3 months, and, as a result, was never able to take more than 500mg. My doctor pulled me off of it when my hormone levels came back with no change. He says that some people simply can't tolerate it, and now is hoping to start me on either Actos or Avandia. Perhaps one of those would be better for you? No sense in suffering needlessly. If you can't tolerate the symptoms for 3 months, I'd suggest looking to something else.
