I have not been diagnosed with PCOS but I have hair loss in the wrong places and hair growth in the wrong places, heavy bleeding (too often) and depression, plus problems getting weight off. Yes, it's bad for the self esteem. I've been prescribed Met 1000 mg/day and have changed my diet, but am wondering how you are faring and what, if anything, you have learned
