Re: PCO DIAGNOSIS 17 YEARS AGO

I have a similar story. I am 35 with a 3 1/2 yr. old son and 5 month old twin girls (clomid never worked for me, but the injectable stuff, like Gonal-F, did). I have heard PCOS mentioned in the infertility treatments, but now that we are done having kids I have been frustrated about my excessive weight and facial hair and began reading that PCOS may be a bigger deal than just when you are trying to get pregnant. I am not sure who to seek out for treatment. Do I go back to my OB/GYN or get a referral for a Reproductive Endocrinologist (even though I don't want to get pregnant)? I am ready to get my body closer to what it should be without this PCOS stuff! Any thoughts???
