I am 20 and was just diagnosed with PCOS about 2 months ago. I have been experiencing symptoms of PCOS since i was 14 and am so releived to know that these are not the result of anything that I have been doing or have not been doing. My doctor also put me on Alesse-28. Since I started taking Aless-28 I have experienced extreme depression and insomnia. When I am able to get to sleep I frequetly wake up with nightmares. I beleive that both of these symtoms were caused by the Alesse and have recently stoped taking it and am already starting to get back to being myself again. I have told my doctor about the symptoms and she has yet to prescribe any other alternatives. Even though I have not been dealing with this for long I am already very frustrated and want so much to see an improvement in my PCOS. Does anyone know of any good doctors in Tucson, AZ? Thanks in advance for any help!
