Introduction and a netiquette reminder

Hi Ladies:

I read this forum more than I am active in it. Too busy doing stuff for PCOSupport and working my new jobs and getting ready to move into a lovely townhome 8-)

I'm taking 2000 MG metformin and 200 MG spironolactine to control my testosterone. The Metformin was upped after Rezulin was taken off the market and the Spiro was added after my OBGYN got my testosterone levels back and they were higher than before *sigh*

I've got a week and a half until I move and then I am getting serious about changing my lifestyle and making sure that I eat right and exercise. I feel it's best to wait until after that point in time since right now my schedule is really messed up with a 2.5 hour commute that I didn't have before. The added pressure of trying to get packed and ready to move is stressing me out as well.

Anyway, That is my story as it stands at the moment.

BTW for those of you who include messages in your responses, could you please only include the relavant parts in your messages and trim out the excess footers... just basic good netiquette and it saves people from having to read the same post in it's entirety twice 8-)

Have a good day
