I know that if I can get out of this emotional hole that I am in then I will be okay...I am tired of being sad. I binge real bad when I get real emotional and that has a lot to do with my weight...It is one big circle....I get sad because I binge and binge because I am sad...

But it is wonderful to know that I am not alone in this and that I have you guys to talk to when I need it.
