I am suppose to be on 1500mg/day but I can only hande 1000,g/day. What am I suppose to do..This is effecting my job..I haven't worked since..(I never now what end is worse...)So if anyone could give me tips on how to stop the side effects I would be greatful.(I always eat with it)!
