Are you on spironolactone with the Met? It also is supposed to help with the hirsutism. I have hirsutism badly. The spironolactone helps lessen it a little bit and the Met helps a little bit. Neither takes care of it all FOR ME. Others have had better luck with this regimen.

For me, the inositol and the chromium have been helping. I take two 650 mg inositol in the morning at first waking and wiat an hour before eating. I take 200 mcg chromium at bedtime on an empty stomach. I have seen the growth slowing more now that I take these. I saw an improvement in only two weeks! It has not taken it all away (yet?? maybe??). Hope this helps.
