PCOSA INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE 2000 Our 3rd PCOS conference will be held June 1st through 3rd in San Diego, California. We have a fantastic line-up of speakers , events and exhibitors. Some highlights include... *AUTHORS CIRCLE Sit down with your favorite author, ask questions and get autographed copies of their books. Authors will include Toni Weschler, MPH,"Taking Charge of Your Fertility" Geoffrey Redmond, MD, "The Good News About Women's Hormones", Elizabeth Lee Vliet, MD, "Screaming To Be Heard: Hormonal Connections Women Suspect and Doctors Ignore" and Samuel Thatcher, MD author of the forthcoming book, "PCOS: The Silent Epidemic". * FOR MEN ONLY: Strategies for Coping with PCOS A support session for our partners, those long-suffering and occasionally frustrated men who need a little extra help figuring out how to help and deal with the PCOS women in their lives. The session will be lead by Kevin Kelly, MD a psychiatrist and father of a teen with PCOS. *MORNING FITNESS Each morning, before lectures commence we will be offering walking and yoga fitness sessions. Each daily "Walk For Health" will be lead be lead by one of our featured speakers so you can get fit and ask questions at the same time.
