I took clomid for 8 months and gained 25 pounds.  Mostly water.  Make
sure your MD is giving you ultrasounds to check the growth of the
follicles because rapid weight gain and distention can be a sign of
hyper stimulation.


I was miserable on clomid.  I was also taking a steriod and when I quit
I was up to 150 mg plus steriods.


I had enough and decided back off the IF drugs and treat my real
problem--PCOS and began Met this month.


I understand and empathize with you.  Don't have any real solutions
other than to stay clear of heavy meals and carbs (they made me feel
heavier) and exercise every day, even if it is a slow walk.  It really
takes self strength to pysch your self up!
