I was on clomiphene and Tamoxifen for nearly 2 years before taking Rezulin (currently off the market) to ovulate. After 24 months neither drug produced ovulation - however, within 45 days of taking a drug that addressed my insulin resistance I ovulated, conceived and have a 5 month old baby. If you're not already, get on met or one of the other insulin resistance drugs then try the fertility helps. Worked like a charm for me! Good luck to you!
