I am getting the same kinds of answers. It's very confusing. On one
had a person tells you, what you think is correct, only to find out
later that it was wrong information. The best advice is if you trust
your drs advice about putting you on metformin go with it. The
information that some of the people have is so out dated. My ob/gyn
states that just a year and a half ago. We had no ideas the corrolation
between IR and PCOS. So if a pharmacist is not up to date. I would
definately trust my doctor over that.
