-- I have just started taking glucophage 1000mg per day, I can't wait to see the results!!!! the only thing is the low carb diet seems impossible!! I have to put the whole family on a diet to live up to the restrictions!!! I was told 30gr of carbs per day!!! Thats only one can of soda and I'm done for the day, how do you live on this!? I really need help!! It's taken 17 years to be diagnosed with pcos and now that I know what it is and have found treatment I'm not sure if I can manage the dietary part of it. If anyone out there has any advice I sure would appreciate some. It's so good to know that others have shared this problem with me and are finally receiving help. I too was told lose weight, exercise more, you name it. It feels good to know that I can finally say,"See I told you I don't eat too much, I have a real problem!"
