I was just diagnosed yesterday after 9 years of being told if I just
lost weight my period would come back. My doctor suggested Sugar
Busters! to get the weight off. I read the book and it seems much
easier than Carbohydrate Addicts Diet. You watch refined sugars instead
of carbs.
