Hello everyone. This is my first time to this forum and I am very happy to find one that is so inspiring and supportive of the PCOS patients. I have been treated for infertility and anovulation for a year. After the third cycle of clomid my doctor concluded that I have PCOS. Such diagnosis had given me a lot of frustration and worry.

Today I went to see an Reproductive Endocrinologist and was happy with his insights. I am definitely going to have a lot of diagnostic hormonal tests but he also discussed various treatment options including "ovarian drilling"(laproscopic electrocoagulation). Does anyone have any experience on this procedure? Success stories? Complications/ side effects? Any information and/or contribution is very much appreciated.
