I don't know what to do...From: Michelle (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 21 Mar 2000 18:47:37 -0600 (CST)
I have not been diagnosed. I read the article in Woman's Day and got really scared. I went to my doctor and she said that yes I probably do have it, but that I should just excersize more and eat less. I don't know where to turn. I've looked at several of the websites, but I can't find any other doctor's in my area. I have taken the quizzes and they scare me more than the article did. I have all the symptoms. My first cyst was found at age 12 and by 14 I had three. I have always had them, but my doctor told me there was no need for alarm. I am a gestational diabetic. I have had 2 sucessful children, however I have had 4 pregnancies. (one stillborn, one miscarriage) How did you find doctors? What kind of doctor's did you go to? Did go in knowing what to ask or did the doctor find it? Thanks for any information. I am just so confused and frightened.
