Try the Carb.Addict Diet (CAD) it is very easy to
follow and live with. You have your protiens in the
moring and afternoon and at night you can have carbs
with protiens. You can even have dessert like cake and
cookies as long as you eat it whithin an hour. The

book is by Dr.s Hellers. Get the book and read it. It
