Re: GlucophageFrom: Kristy (anonymous@obgyn.net)Tue, 14 Mar 2000 22:11:20 -0800 (PST)
Donna, Yes, there are some women who have taken Glucophage as part of their treatment course for the PCOS. I can't give you the dosages that are given, but I know that it varies from woman to woman and how her dr wants to treat the insulin resistance (IR). I hope that this is of some help to you. Kristy :) Jacksonville, FL == http://www.geocities.com/HotSprings/Falls/4659/kristyspage.html It's the little things that count: candy, flowers, finding an ob/gyn who will listen, and finding a cure for endometriosis, vulvodynia, and polycystic ovarian syndrome.
