I have been on birth control for quite some time. This past Spring, my docotr put me on metformin. I started out on 500 mg. and increased to 1000 mg. I kept reading about the medication and found many great success stories on it. Unfortunately for me, I GAINED wight...12 pounds in about 2 months. My activity level was average and I tried to eat well. Has anyone else experienced this? My doctor thinks I'm crazy! And I think my struggles are driving me there!
