Jessica, I have always experienced this when starting a diet. It usually takes my body one to two weeks to adjust to decreased food intake. Stay strond and stick with it and it will get better. I always drink lots of water but I drink even more when starting a diet, it really helps to make you feel less hungry and it flushes all of the toxins out of your system. Also, take a walk or do some other form of exercise when you feel hungry.

Good Luck! Joy
