Hi,
I have joined sureslim and as you said in theory it would be great if we
could do it and found the same problem with the binging. I have decided
to 'manipulate the program' by spacing the food out into 4-5 meals a
day. As in reality it is how much we eat.
Not sure if this helps. I did find one program along time ago that
really worked for me as a binger it is called Ultralite.

PS. I also found the same problem with the people there, so I dont see
them I just follow the program the best I can.
ie breafast 100 yoghurt 1 fruit
Lunch - Sandish with salad and protein
Afternoon 90g youghurt 1/2 fruit
Dinner - veges and protein
1/2 fruit
