I have totally noticed that Met/glucophage has effectd my appetite. My appetite is also way down and since the Dr. increased my dosage I have lost a total of 25 pounds no kidding.I get shocked and amazed every time I look in the mirror. My periods are regular and my blood pressure is finally where it should be.I am taking 500mg twice a day for the last six months and I feel fantastic.I have always exercised and watched what I ate but the weight kept creeping on no matter what I did until my Dr.put me on these pills because my hormones were out of whack. She said some people do lose weight when they take this medication. I have never felt any negitive side effects yet and the weight loss is quite the bonus.
