I don't know about Atkins or zone, I sorta do my own thing, but I eat oatmeal lots too, the regular kind, only I cook it with skim milk instead of water in the microwave, and that way, I'm getting some more protein in there with the carbs and protein from the oatmeal. If I'm feeling really dangerous, I'll throw in a spoonful of dried cranberries, but yes, I know they're sugar!
