I am all for anything that works, and I'd like to try this. However, with all of the new information on mercury that has come out, I am a little wary of eating that much tuna in a week. Must less for weeks at a time. Does any one know if you could substitute another type of fish (like salmon or tilapia) that isn't a large ocean fish so there isn't as much potential for ingesting a lot of mercury?
