Dear Chereal Im so glad someone has found success with weight loss with PCOS that means I won't give up hope on my self. I found out I had PCOS about 9 months ago and even before that I believe if there is a diet out there I have tried it. If you would not mind would share your diet with me so maybe I can have the same luck you have had. Thank You
