Reply: anonymous: "Re: PCOS/Metformin/Clomid...got pregnant 2x in two ways..." Hello everyone! I am 19yrs old and have been ttc for over a year. I found out I had pcos april2003. I was currently taking 50mg of Clomid (my first cylce) and 2 pills of Metformin a day. I just found out yesterday that my test was a BFN one. and it was my 45cd. And the doctor gave me the pills to make me get my AF. So I should get it within a week and a half. The doctor said that I didn't ovulate which really sucks. I can't believe it, It felt like i did. Oh well, hopefully this time I will. He said that starting yesterday for me to take 3 pills of metformin and he is going to put my dosage of clomid to 100mg. Hopefully this time I will get pregnant! I was wondering if anyone had a better chance getting preg. on 100mg. instead of 50mg?
